Samsung Series 5 Ultra NP530U30-A08HK battery not charging and shuts off when unplugged

I am also looking for a solution to the same problem as others in this thread. As soon as the computer is unplugged it shuts off. My charging icon says its plugged in but not charging. My first inclination was to change the battery. But haven't been able to do that yet as I don't know where to order it and am in Vancouver Canada. Any ideas would be very helpful.

You could look for the same battery model on eBay or Amazon Canada, most of people that sell on eBay have international shipping, so, you could have a big change of get a new one for the laptop.
