Samsung slate series 7 I reinstalled windows and can't get the tablet buttons or auto rotation of the display to work. Also it

So basically this is what I have done so far...

It came with Windows 7. I wanted to try windows 8 as apparently it is designed for touch screens. But win 8 is insanely more difficult to use on a tablet.

So I reinstalled windows 7.
I have ran the Samsung sw update and got all the original drivers and apps back.

But now the hardware buttons on the tablet (volume, Windows button etc) do nothing. The display doesn't automatically rotate any more and it won't detect an external monitor via hdmi cable.

I have searched the net for a week and can't find a solution.

Is there anyone out there who knows how to fix it or have an image of the original installation that comes on a slate7?

What is your exact model number? There is most likely a driver or app that is still missing, either a chipset or graphics driver, or some software/shortcut key utility.
