Samsung Smart Hub apps not opening.

Hello.
I have Samsung UE55HU7200. Today first time after more than year using Smart tv (mostly Youtube and internet radio) it stopped working. I mean, when I hit smart tv button on remote control it shows all apps, but when I want to open any app (does't matter which one) it's not opening. It looks like smart hub is not responding...
TV is connected to WiFi and network status is OK. I ran diagnostics on TV support meniu - everythings fine. Reseted Smart tv settings. Reseted WiFi router. TV software is up-to-date. Don't know what to do...

UPDATE:
I also tried to change location on privacy policy while restarting smart hub settings. Didn't helped, still can't open any app.

SOLVED this issue by myself
just needed to do factory reset this way:
1. Turn TV power off.
2. On normal (not smart) remote control hit INFO>MENU>MUTE>POWER
3. On this menu hit "factory reset".
