samsung smart led tv

my tv is is not providing a picture.a notice says the hdmi cable is not connected.they are.i can still recieve the smart tv apps.

Have you tried a new hdmi cable? I had two cheap one just up and stop working last year (the second one happened just this past december). For something that is basically just wire I find that odd yet a new cable fixed the problem. Which reminds me that I need to order more cables, I still have 3 of those cheap ones being used. LoL

Whatever source was providing signal on the HDMI cable could be dead. Cable box/Satellite Box ??

I have just discovered the problem.I rebooted my Tivo cable box and now everything is back to normal.Thanks for your suggestions to solve my problem.
