Samsung Smart Tv - Netflix

hey guys
I'm from iceland and i bought me a new 46" Samsung Smart TV and when i set up the smart hub i did it just like i was in iceland.. then i noticed i only had like 30 apps in samsung app store, then i googled and found out that i had to change the region off the smart hub to the uk or usa.. to be able to exes more apps.. netflix was the app that i was hoping to get..
well i did everything right and i was able to exes a lot of apps. but if i click on netflix nothing happens.. it always brings me back to tv mode or hdmi1 and just black screen !! please help i have no idea of how to fix this

I have the same issue. I do have a netflix account (that works on my computer with VPN) and I changed the region multiple times from USA to another country and back in hopes that it would help, but it did not. I don't understand why it keeps going back to HDMI1 or TV mode! I also have a samsung blue ray dvd player on another tv and my netlfix plays without a problem. Could someone please help!!??
