The app opens up and allows me to enter my log in information. Each time I enter my email and password I get a message regarding "there was an error processing your request and that the login information does not match" I have confirmed the login information on my compute and it still won't accept it
Open the Netflix app and use the arrow buttons on your remote in the following sequence: UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, UP, UP, UP
It should take you to a menu. Choose SIGN OUT and then sign back in again. I think it does this because you aren't actually signed out of the app but some glitch prevents you from accessing it. Hope that helps!
