Samsung Smartv app Problem with Netflix

I have a Samsung Model Samsung UN40EH5300 SmartTV. I am having a problem with the Netflix app. When I select a movie and try to play it the very first time, it fails to load and run. I can only view movies that have already been started. If I select the resume play option the movie will load and play properly.
