Solved! Samsung Tab A SD Storage

I have a Samsung Tab A 10.1 tablet. I am running Android 8.1.0. I want to set the SC card as the default storage. However all of the post that are in the forums indicate that one you choose the SD card in storage there is a choice in format to set it as default storage. I do not have that choice presented to me.

Maybe it´s not possible with Samsung Android versions, you most likely have to root your device, to get access to this

you can move files or install apps to the SD card nonetheless

Thank you for the reply. the Youtube vidio repeats the same instuctions I have been seeing. When I hit the three dots in the upper right corner on my tablet when in the SD card settings I am not presented with the choice to format as internal.
