Help I have a Samsung tablet 3 and its froze. It will turn on and off but it won't do anything else. I've tried pushing the on/off button and volume button at the same time to reboot and it still won't do nothing. I can't find a reset button. Help please

So the screen turns on and off, but there's no response when you touch it? I'd guess there's a problem with the digitizer. There's nothing you can do about that on the software side, as that would be a hardware issue and would require a repair/replacement of the screen. I would take it to an electronics repair store for a full diagnosis before doing anything else.
