Samsung Tablet pdf

My Samsung tab2 opens documents as .htm and I need pdf. I tried clearing the data in Polaris office. The next time I tried it brought up a dialogue box asking me if I wanted to use adobe and like a dummy I said one time only. It will not let me do it again.

Go to Settings, Apps, locate Polaris, and "clear defaults".

Sorry but that doesn't work. I did it once and it did but cannot do it again as when the dialogue box came up as to which program I wanted to use to open I replied just once and not always. Everything is greyed out in Polaris Office. I have tried reinstalling but still doesn't help. Thanks for your response. Linda

What program now opens your PDF files ?Go to that program' application settings, and "clear defaults"
