Samsung tv monitor- headphones in headphone jack AND speakers possible?

I bought a Samsung tv monitor and I'm using It for tv and for my Xbox one. However, to play my Xbox, I use headphones in the 3.5mm jack. This cuts out the speakers so I can't have the headphones plugged in all the time whilst I use it as a tv...
Is there any way of getting both outputs with separate controls (preferably)?

Unfortunately not. What you could do is get a separate pair of speakers and get a splitter so the audio signal will go to both the speaker and the headphones, but that would cost more money though.
