Sandra sisoft 2012 lite

Hello. I have been trying to use this application to see detail specs on my system but every time I try to use the application it would freeze my whole system. Especially when I try to use main board sections. I recently put together my rig and have ran diagnostic on all components I know my hardware is good. Any ideas ??? System specs

I7 3770k (no oc)
Asus P8z77-v
Corsair vengeance 16gb 1600 in xmp
Evga gtx 560t
Seagate barracuda hdd
Seasonic x760 psu
Haf 922 case

I did a memtest for my ram and passed. Did prime 95 cpu stress test without a problem. Ran 3dmark 11 bench mark and pc system mark system benchmark test and my system ran it okay. But only sandra sisoft lite 2012 sp5 would make my system freeze. Its really bugging me to why. All drivers updated to latest. The only thing i can think of is i updated my bios a few days ago to 1606 on my p8z77-v. Any thoughts or recommendations.
