Sata ports no longer working.

I have a asrock z97 extreme4 mobo and while trying to reroute molex power for pci-E lanes/fans the asmedia sata ports stopped working. They don't recognize anything that is plugged in and I've default configured the bios.

Any suggestions to try and fix this or are they just fried.

hmm try plugging everything in the way it was before?
trying unplugging everything and plugging it back in on MB maybe something is crossed or not in all the way(unlikely)?

hmm i would assume you have sufficient power or it would not load up at all.
