Satellite speakers stop playing

After a while my satellite speakers stop working and the only sound comes from my subwoofer. I have a Harman Kardon HS500. Can Someone please help me?

That's a really broad issue, what all trouble shooting have you tried from the receiver's end? is it just on one imput or on anything you try to play through the receiver?

You say after a while the satellites go off. So that means after the receiver warms up the sat amp goes off but the sub still works. If you haven't moved the receiver to location that doesn't provide adequate ventilation then the receiver needs service.

@CCockrell it's not just one input. When the satellite speakers stop making sounds after 5 to 10min they start playing again. I tried to move it to a location with more ventilation but I kept having the same issue.

AmericanAudiophine said if thats the issue then it needs service. I take that to mean the damage is done already, not something that can be fixed by moving it to a more ventilated spot as it stands now.
