On plug in No red LED is lit. Only Blue LED is lit. No audio and black screen. Remote will turn set on and off but only indication is the blue LED

For a low end TV like that would be cheaper to replace it than have someone fix it. If you want to try a fix, you can buy the boards for it online for like $40
