Looking for school organiser app. The mums at school are using WhatsApp group and there are 200 messages a day. It's meant to be for school logistics like messages from teachers, birthdays coming up/collecting money, deciding what they should by....but descends into all kinds of gossip that we love to hate with this WhatsApp phenomenon.

Is there an app out there that can do this. Calendar, discussion, voting, sign-up list.

If there isn't, I think there's a $ in this so may build one

Just start by googling "scheduling software" or "collaboration software".

The root issue/problem is human nature. Whatever tool or application you use is likely to descend into gossip, etc..

More a matter of organizational discipline....
