School pc, opinions needed!

I'm looking for a school pc and is torn between a couple of laptops. I will mainly be using them for internet browsing, power point, photoshop. Just give me anything to go on, I need to decide. But before I mention the laptops I've been looking at I wanted you guys to give me examples.
Here are some things the laptop needs:
- 256gb
- 8gb
- Full hd display
- 13" to 15"
- Lightweight: 1,0 to 2,5 kg
Budget: 1600

Thanks. I will be looking into the dell xps 13" or maybe even something lighter like a zenbook from asus.

Assuming you only do light photoshop, I would either go with the lenovo x1 carbon, macbook air assuming you don't mind macs or one of the asus u series laptops.
