Budget: $400-$650 (trying to save as much/get most bang for buck)
Website: Excaliberpc (Can't get Newegg to ship to Guam :non: )
Use: School, Browsing, Flash/Facebook Games (Any should play them fine?), Light gaming (if possible)
Light gaming: (Heroes of Newerth, Sc2, Mass effect2, Sims3, etc.) on lowest settings/resolution is ok

I was looking at these?
ASUS K53U-A1 15.6" Notebook ($430.00)
ACER Aspire AS5553G-5881 15" Notebook($559.00)
ACER Aspire AS5742-6838 15.6" Notebook($573.00)
MSI CX640-071US 15.6" Notebook - Silver ($610.00)

Been looking at notebookcheck's graphic card comparisons.
I think the Intel HD Graphics 3000 does a decent job as well (better than 6310?).
Should I opt for a better cpu such as the i3/i5 with integrated?
And how would I find out what integrated graphics each cpu has? (it usually just says "Integrated Intel HD Graphics").
I know laptops/netbooks aren't made for gaming, but if it's possible on the lowest settings then that's fine.
It's just going to be for school and I'm just looking to get the best deal.
Thanks in advance for any of your help :hello:

Integrated Intel HD Graphics come with the last generation's i3/i5 cpus and is now known as hd 2000. All second gen i3/i5 come with hd 3000 which is also integrated and is of course a step up from 2000. http://www.excaliberpc.com/608745/acer-aspire-as5560-sb609-15.6-notebook.html#TabSpecification This laptop has the new amd a series with a 6520g which is better than the hd 3000 and any of your other choices except for the 520m which is a little better. So imo this is the best bang/buck I could find on that site.

You sir are just plain awesome.
I've actually been looking for the LLano laptops but I didn't see this one!
It checks out and all the youtube gaming benchmarks are beyond my expectations.
And the price sticks with me, you saved me $100 haha.
I'm going to double check all the laptops and see if I missed anything else.

Oh and this is kind of a stupid to ask :S
I searched up the AMD A6-3400M, and it says it'll have the 6520G and Turbo Core from 1.4ghz-2.3ghz. This one is no different right?
And when it says Integrated HD Graphics Controller on excaliberpc, that means the 6520g right?
I know it's pretty much straightforward because you are suggesting the laptop, but I just wanted to ask heh..

Hahaha it does, but I've ordered from them before and they're one of the few places would actually ship here (even though their customer service/shipping faq stated that they can't). I searched again with prices, and I couldn't find anything better. Thanks again for such a great find! Also thanks for the link, reassures me even more. Going to order this as soon as I can.
