Screen of my laptop is not working. I connected it to TV with a HDMI cable , When the lap top is open you can see the desktop without any icons. When you tilt and close the lap top you can see all the icons on the TV Screen. Because of this I cannot use the key board. Can tell me how to fix this.

Two things, make the desktop the main display in the options, or get a USB keyboard.
