Screen in does nothing HELP!!!!!

I recently upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 on my hp 15-n019wm laptop i believe my computer died during install because my adapter was unplugged and i plugged the computer in to the adapter turned on the computer and my screen does absolutely nothing. All the lights on the computer come on and the fans are going i just dont have anything on my screen it's like i haven't even turned on the computer i have tried to connect to hdmi via tv and the tv detects the computer just no signal. I have tried a hard reset i have tried to restore BIOS blindly i have basically tried every solutions i have found online does anyone have insight on what is wrong and what can be done? I really appreciate your time in advance.

Moved to Laptop Tech Support.
If you can't get into/see the bios then your problem is not the OS.
