Screen is crazy

So when i start the computer the screen doesnt stand still it moves always and goes crazy even in the desktop. What should i do?

I am a tad confused, you say even in the desktop... are you referring to plugging in the laptop to another computer and it does the same thing? Or do you have two computers doing this (not connected)? Or have you hooked up an external monitor to the laptop and that is giving the same issues as the laptop screen?
