Question Screen Recording Problem

For some reasons, after a month or so for using my screen recording, it just gave up I'm using a Infinix Zero 8 Phone, and my screen recorder just shows a unknown screen, here's the screen shot of the screen record
also for some reason no matter how long I screen record it's just 1 second
