SD card to phone

Have a new phone it's still a one touch Alcatel, trying to get my contact and apps from my SD card to my phone how do I do it.

They should appear by themselves if you stored them with Google, the first time you log into your G-mail account or to the Play Store.

If Google doesn't have them, you need to remove the SdCard from the old phone and use it to replace the card in the new one.
