Searching for software to automaticalt make contracts

Hey guys,

I am searching for a program that allowes you to put in a standerd text and then put in certain information in like a excel file and it fills out the blanks. I need this to make contracts for my company faster. Just a example:

Hello Ms/Mrs ...(1)....,

You have rented my company to do a case for you. This case will require ...(2)... days to do. Cost will be ...(1)...

That is a example for a all ready made contract it is of course nothing alike the real contract.
So keep in mind example.

Then it has to be able to put in thos blanks from another file or whatever will do.

I use one right now with word 2003 and excel and outlook.

Excel is the table that holds the blanks and word holds the contract and i email them with outlook
So in excel it would be like

(1) Jonson
(2) 5
(3) 400

Something like that. Its used in allot of big companies and spam. If you have a program that does that please leave a comment.

For give me for the poor examples i do not know what it is called...
