Searching missing icone

Hello,
I'm searching missing SndVol32.exe in my mother's computer. It's not hide, I looked everywhere. I have no Instal Driver for XP, so I don't know how to do to have sound (microphone) on her computer. (we can hear sounds but nobody can't hear us :-( ...) Thank you for your help (and sorry for my english)

Make sure your mic is not muted in Control Panel. You can test the level in it also to make sure it's working.
