Solved! Segate hdd st94811a

Hi
I need a new HHD for my laptop as the Seagate Momentum 40GB has burnt out. I contacted Segate who unfortunately werent much help. They told me they no longer manfacture this model and didnt give me any alternatives.

The model is ST94811A

Does anyone know what other model would be compatable even if it was higher than 40GB?

It depends on your OS which version of windows do you have?
The maximun size will be determined by which disk format is used.
Or you could just buy a 2.5" 40 gb drive from anyone.
