Sennheiser HD 202 II ear pain?

I have Sennheisser HD 202 II headset connected with Asus Xonar DG sound card.
I cant use it for more than 45 minutes,as long as i keep , my ear starts paining.
Anyone knows how to replace earpads(cushions) or buy earpads online.
Anyone using it has similar problems?Any solution is there to replace smooth cushioned earpads for this set?

did you search google for replacement pads? they do sell replacement pads for just about every model.

some people prefer the soft velour pads. some people prefer the leather or pleather pads. some people cut a tube sock and roll it around to make covers for the pads. whatever floats your boat.

is it pain from the earcup rubbing against your ear? if yes then perhaps a different type of padding will suffice. if that doesnt work then perhaps you need to use a headphone model with bigger earcups.

if your ears are hurting because of the sound and not from physical rubbing or scraping then its another issue entirely and you have your sound settings turned too high causing inner-ear damage.
