Sennheiser HD 419 vs HD 202

I currently have some Bose headphones and I want to get a cheaper alternative pair of headphones. I like bass, I am a bass head 😀. I have been looking the Hd 202 and HD 419. I have heard the 202's today in HMV and I must say I am very impressed. I had no intention of buying a new pair of headphones until I heard those. Bass was as good as beats and the mids and treble were ok. I just saw the HD 419 and they look and seem a bit better. They are only £10 more too. Which should I go for? I listen to House, Dubstep, Drum & Bass. Also do headphones need burn in?

I am using sannheiser hd 419 which I think it's better tan hd 202 . I am from India and I bought it cheaper as $25 ..
