Hello,
My headphones cut in and out when turn my head , and they hiss. Any ideas ?

The cutting in and out is presumably as you lose wireless signal -- hiss is due to general poor reception. See if the problem persists if you move the system to another location and try changing wireless frequency/channel -- if possible.
