Serial PCB for Panasonic laptop

I have a Panasonic toughbook, CF-C2CCEZXCM which in the back has a hole for a serial port, but the pcb doesn't have the port, so I'd like to buy a pcb with the serial port in it.
The current pcb says "WWAN-CRT-PCB" and "DFUP2289ZCPbF", I don't know how-to start looking for the pcb.

Go to eBay and start with "make model board."

Can always get a USB to Serial dongle.

USB to serial doesn't work.
Already try the ebay search without results.

I already have the answer. If anyone needs it:

The bad news is, if I find it, I would need a code to "activate" the port...
