Sf-920 mic and MSI GE62 6QD laptop

The mic i have (sf-920 3.5mm) isn't working and I don't know if it is the size of the headphone jack or what. please help. thank you

Did you test the mic with another computer? Size of the jack on that microphone looks looks like a standard 3.5mm audio jack.

i tried it on another computer but it doesn’t seem to show up that i plugged in a mic.

Contact the place you bought it from, seems like it's bad.
