Question SHARP 1T-C32BC5KH2FB 32" headphone socket..

i only listen to the audio through the headphones not the tv speakers, when i use the apps (bbc iplayer ect) on this tv the audio suddenly comes out of the tv speakers i have to unplug the headphones then plug them back in to only get the audio through the headphones, i also have a firestick plugged in and this does not happen with the same apps that is preinstalled on the tv.....this also happens (on the tv not the firestick) occasionally but not all the time with Freeview and i have to do what i stated above or switch the tv off then back on....any ideas...thank you..
