Lost control of this AQUOS 70" TV using remote, phone app, and side panel after a few minutes of use. If I unplug TV, I regain control for s short time(minutes) . Replaced IR sensor - didn't help. Anyone know problem - how to fix, where to start? thanks

thanks for the reply - but as best I can tell from their site, they no longer do technical support. I AM ware of their site tho, and maybe I'll ask them anyway to see if they might help - thanks
