In the USA, a MUCH better deal than the TCL q650g is the local-dimming version, the Costco TCL 75Q691F, which actually costs LESS than the q650g at most places (only $699 normally, $649 on sale for the 75" size!) And it has MORE NITS with 600 vs. about 400 nits for the q650g. The "F" indicates that it runs "FireTV". If you want to get 85", then the TCL 85Q681g is a "GoogleTV" version with 600 nits and local dimming and in the 85" size it has ONE 120Hz gaming port! Yeah! If you just prefer Google, the 75", 65", and 55" versions of the q681g will give you that, with a 60Hz panel. I know its really weird to have 2-speeds of TV display in the same model number.

Both these big TVs have MUCH better performance than the budget q650g models recommended at the start of this article, and the Costco 75q691f is cheaper!
