Should I bother repairing my Lenovo t61?

I have a Leveno t61. It runs Windows 7 and has a core Duo Cpu (1.8mhz). The bottom two right and left click buttons below the mouse pad do not work (the top ones above do) and the laptop has been running very slowly, with processes taking forever to load, and constantly freezing and unfreezing. red trackpoint is also missing.

Would it be worth it to try and repair this laptop or should I bid it a fairwell?

It's probably the 1GB of ram you have that you mentioned in the other thread.
