Both of them are overpriced $50 headphones which are charging you for their brand name instead of sound quality.

As a general rule, a pair of actual headphones are going to sound better than a 'gaming headset' just because the former is designed by a group of actual audio experts and the latter by what was probably a peripheral company's marketing division.

Can you give us a budget? I'd be more than happy to make a recommendation based on what you're looking to spend. Also, how much isolation do you need? Closed-back headphones block a lot more noise both directions than open-backed, but also have a smaller soundstage.
