Should I get the Surface 2 or the Samsung Tab 4?

I want one to take to uni with me to take notes with, watch movies and stuff too. I'm edging towards the Surface 2 as it comes with Office included which is a big kicker, however I could just use Drive on the Samsung. So which is better or are there better for around £250?

I would go with the surface 2 as it is made for uni students that don't need that much power and need something portable.
