i have an msi ge72 and it's a computer with unremovable battery should i stay plugged in or wait till it goes to 10%

You ask 10 people, you will get 10 different answers on this matter.

If the idea is to keep the battery CHARGE CYCLES low (the battery dies after so many cycles and needs replacing), then always have it plugged in when AC available and in use. If not in use, I unplug mine to avoid tickle-charging and allow battery to rest.

I'm sorry, but I'm not clear on the question.

Do you mean if in normal operation you should be permanently plugged in or whether you should unplug and run on battery power until 10% battery life?

If that is the question then: Stay plugged in. You won't gain performance or lifetime increases from not being plugged in or cycling the battery.
