Solved! Should i upgrade?

I got Lenovo B51-30 it has 4gb ram, "Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3060 @ 1.60Ghz 1.60Ghz" Win10 Pro 64-bit and Intel HD Graphics. Should I buy another 4gb ram, change it to ssd, maybe swap the cpu? Will it increase fps on Cs:Go etc.?

update cpu nope. solder to the system board
ram/sdd upgrade would help, not the cpu still weak
