Question shutdowns when gaming on 2nd Win 10 64

I have 2 Win 10 64, one installed on m.2 SSD and another on HDD.

When I game on Win on HDD the laptop heats up to 60-70, but doesnt shutdown. When gaming on Win on SSD the laptop shutdowns within 10-15 min with the same temperatures, and wont turn on without power flush.

The signal is 5.3 which claims to be the problem that The embedded controller times out waiting for the BIOS.

I can't really trace why the WIn on SSD shuts down. Any help/suggestions?

Is the BIOS of the laptop up to date?

check the SSD by the manufacturer´s tool
which SSD is it?

How hot is the SSD getting?
