Siberia v2 audio jack

My headset was partially working by playing with the jack but now it is come to forver playing with the jack to make it work, which means it doesnt work properly anymore. I went to my local electronic repair workshop, and they said that they cant repair these kind of cable(which is the usual siberia v2 cable). So my question, is there any way to fix it?

Is it the 3.5mm jack that is causing this problem?

It's possible this is a problem with poles. You may want to try a 3 pole jack then a 4 pole jack to make it work.

Can you test this somehow? If your PC has got 1 input for Mic and 1 for Headphone, then it's 3 pole. If it's only got 1 input for both Mic and Headphone, then it's 4 pole. A lot of laptops have this for instance.

Please include more information to make the problem easier to pin down.

Yes. It is the 3.5mm jack that doing the problem(audio one ofc).

and no it is wiring issue since when I play with the back of the jack(where the wires connecting to the start of the jack, the sound is changing(on/off somtimes wierd sounds and in short inconsistent sound).

Fyi did tried what you said just to be sure and nothing.

If it's the actual wires or something inside, then I'm afraid I won't be able to help, since I can only offer advice.
