side by side configuration error

I was thinking that my mom's computer had a virus so I just did a clean of windows. Now I'm trying to install the Nvidia drive and I'm getting a side by side configuration error when I try to install. How do I fix this? Also I have been getting 1603 error from Java. How would I fix that?
