SIM card problem

I recently learned about a secret feature of some sort for Android where I had to dial removed by Moderator . I was checking out the options available and after some time I found that both of my SIM cards deactivated. After tinkering about I could activate only one SIM but the other one can't be activated again and it is stuck in the unavailable mode. I've tried going back to the same menu but I can't seem to figure out what's the problem. Please help me out.

I removed that code from your post to save other uninformed folks playing with things that weren't meant for them.

You need to contact your Service Providers for those SIMs and follow their advice.
