Sim lock puk

Hello,
I entered the wrong pin now it has locked my sim. What do i do ?It is just my sim cause my phone is fine so when it says eneter a IMEI code will that help cause thats my phone not my sim ?? HELP !? x

You'll have to get in touch with your carrier/service provider, explain the situation and they should help you unlock it.
