Sims 3 laptop help.

So I need help finding a laptop for all the sims 3 expansion packs, stuff packs, store items, and some cc. Medium settings would be great and high settings would be amazing but medium at best.

*It'd be cool if I could also get one that could handle the sims 4 with some cc too.

I looked and maybe it seems that this laptop

would be the best but I'm just making sure since I'm literally no good at this stuff but desperate to play the sims since its been 5 years.
