Single vertical line on sumsung led screen

Just after cleaning my 40inch sumsung led tv and reconnecting it,l strangely noticed 3 vertical lines at the left corner end. Blue,Red and Green....after sometime..the blue and green thin line dissappaered...living behind the red one,which it seems permernent.Have tried to switch my unit on and off severally but the vertical red line wont dissappear at all...what could have happened to my unit?

how did you clean your screen? This is usually a BAD idea. A light dusting maybe, but anything wet is probably not going to be good.
