My laptop is fast in other categories, but when im gaming its really slow. I reset my laptop to its factory settings because i thought it would help. It did for a couple of days. When it was fast i could usually get 100+ frames per second in games, but now i can barely get 20 frames per second. Does anyone know how to fix this??

P.S. I've done all of the basic stuff to speed up your laptop (advanced settings for best performance, deleting programs I don't use, scans, ETC.).

you're lappy isn't really made for gaming but should be fine with lower game settings. Any particular game you are having issues with? Make sure you untick specific settings in game (Shadow, distance view etc)

i know it really isnt for gaming but, i play league of legends. and at the highest setting i was able to get 80+ fps but now that its unexpectedly really slow, i only get 10-20 fps at the lowest settings possible.

Well you're screen can only do 60fps. turn on Vsync in game and see if that improves. but take a look at settings. maybe a recent patch would have altered some settings?
