slow start up

my pc takes a while to start up.I already check it 4 virus and malware and it ok.can anybody help me solve this issue.thanx,manny.

What are your system specs (i.e. what hardware do you have)? Are you talking about slow boot process or once you log in and your desktop appears things take a long time to load before you can do anything? If it's the latter one thing you can try is go to start > run > type "msconfig" and hit enter, once the system configuration window appears go to the startup tab and uncheck everything that you don't NEED to run upon startup/login such as auto updater utilities for adobe, java, etc, toolbars, and other stuff
