slow webpage loading, and fuzzy looking graphics?

Let me start off by saying I have no knowledge, whatsoever, of computers. I've also had this laptop for about 3 days now, and sadly there is a couple of abrupt issues that concern me. One of the most infuriating problems is that often times when I'm browsing the web or searching something, for at least 10 seconds I will have to wait until it actually loads. IT takes a little while more than it should to open applications, as well. I'm not totally sure why things load so slowly. However, could this correspond to having three apps on startup; discord, spotify, and steam?

Another thing is that a lot of things like thumbnails, GUIs, and the text itself appear with a really fuzzy look to it. This shouldn't be.

If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks.

That may not be due to the computer but due to the ISP or mode/router.

If this is a device that is 'that' new, return it and get a different one (or a different laptop brand/model) no new device should give you issues.
