Trying to do a factory reset so can send this crap back but that part is in Chinese? Japanese? Whatever it is, I clearly can not do what I want to. Yes my Tablet is set to English. Can anyone walk me through it from where I hold power button and Up volume??? I'm over this cheap gift.
